When acceptance is granted, a confirmation letter will be sent to the Parents/Guardian for signature. The original letter must be returned to the School.

On joining the School after securing admission the student must produce the following Certificates:

1. ORIGINAL School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate (From the previous School). Students joining from any State of India other than Maharashtra, must obtain the Countersignature of the Education Officer of their area. Students coming from out of India must bring with them a Withdrawal letter (Original).
2. Original Mark Sheet/Report Card of the latest examination the student has appeared for.
3. One photo copy of the student?s Birth Certificate.
4. Two Passport sized photographs or Six photographs for students coming from abroad.

Payment Of Fees

On admission, the student will be charged the full year’s fees along with the deposit. There are also extra charges which are included in the “Fee Structure” which is enclosed with the Prospectus. Only Demand Drafts and Pay Orders (no cash or cheques) are accepted. The drafts are to be prepared in favor of The Principal, New Era High School payable at any of the following banks:
INDIAN BOARDERS
1. Bank of Maharashtra, Panchgani Branch
2. IDBI Ltd., Panchgani Branch
3. State Bank of India, Wai Branch or Mahableshwar Branch
(Please mention the complete name of the sender/student.)

FOREIGN STUDENTS
INSTRUCTIONS TO BE GIVEN TO BANK FOR FOREIGN REMITTANCE IN US DOLLARS

Pay to CITIBANK (New York) in MT100 Format a credit of US Dollars: ________________ for the credit of Citibank, Mumbai, India, Account No. 10990896 favoring New Era High School for the credit to Savings Account No. 5-027552-007.

Please fax a copy of the deposit slip and send us the original by post.

Withdrawals

Students forfeit their entire fees if they leave during the course of their first year.
Parents wishing to withdraw their children from the School, from the second year onward, must give Three Month’s Notice or fees in lieu of notice. The notice should reach the Principal by the end of the month, after which the next three months are considered as the notice period.

Visa

Students from other countries must come on a Student Visa if they are not holding an Indian Passport.
