The ongoing systematization of the affairs of the school and the growing complexity of its operations has called for organizational changes and restructuring of its management team that comes into effect from the commencement of the new academic year in May 2009.

The overall operations of the school, guided and supervised by the New Era School Committee Trust, will now be overseen by two heads – Head – Academics and Head – Administration.

These developments pave the way for further improving the academic standards of the school and facilitate the full-scale integration of the moral education programme – an objective that distinguishes the uniqueness of this Baha’i inspired institution. These changes also aim to assist every individual serving this institution to strengthen his/her commitment to the ultimate objective of ensuring the physical, intellectual and spiritual well-being and growth of every child that is entrusted to his/her care.
